  • 全機鑄件採用米漢鈉(MEEHAN)鑄鐵組織穩定，剛性強、耐磨不變形，可長期確保機台精度。
  • X, Y, Z三軸滑道接觸面貼覆耐磨滑片(TURCITE-B)軌道硬化處理(HRC 50)再經精密研磨，以確保精密持久。
  • X, Y, Z三軸採精密雙螺帽預壓式滾珠螺桿，確保長時間來回導程之穩定。
  • 主軸採用P4精密級軸承及長時間跑和測試以確保精度。
