GSM-800S

  • 全機鑄件採用米漢鈉(MEEHAN)鑄鐵組織穩定，剛性強、耐磨不變形，可長期確保機台精度。
  • X, Y, Z三軸滑道接觸面貼覆耐磨滑片(TURCITE-B)軌道硬化處理(HRC 50)再經精密研磨，以確保精密持久。
  • X, Y, Z三軸採精密雙螺帽預壓式滾珠螺桿，確保長時間來回導程之穩定。
  • 主軸採用P4精密級軸承及長時間跑和測試以確保精度。

檢驗:
To ensure best accuracy & alignment in circular path, machines are inspected by ball bar tested.

LASER CALIBRATION

雷射檢驗:
All machiness are measured & calibrated using laser calibration equipment to ensure precise verification & compensation of the machines and get the best accuracy & repeatability.

主軸:
主軸軸承配置可承重切消的滾珠軸承所支撐，可承受較大的軸向及徑向切削力，以達到最大剛性。

滾珠螺桿:
三軸滾珠導螺桿，採自動潤滑系統定時供油，以確保傳動件之精度與壽命。
