GMV-1020 model is with general specification and middle workable table in CNC Vertical machining center product line from GENG-SHUEN CO., LTD, which model easily implements in high-accuracy cutting operation.

GMV-1020 model be designed in linear way structure for high-speed cutting and accuracy performance. The characteristics of GSM linear way machining center is for low friction co-efficiency, zero gap at vertical and cross directions and resistance to heavy loading.

The worktable size of machine is for 1190 x 550mm (47" x 22") and table loading capability is 800 (kgs) to fulfill project application. The machine body is constructed with Meehanite cast iron to ensure high rigidly, and stability for workpiece support. Moreover, bottom of column is specially designed with A-shaped structure to ensure machine stability in operation.

The three axes ball screws are directly driven by 3 axes servo motors through couplings to perform fast cutting feed rate and promote accuracy. To adopt CNC vertical machining center will bring solid advantages in high-precision, high-accuracy and high-performance to raise up cost-effective and operational cycle time.

High Rigidity
  • The base, column, saddle and worktable of CNC vertical machining center are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron, stress relieved for high stability.

  • Linear way with sliding movement is the advantage in fast cutting feed rate, low friction, and high position accuracy.
  • The spindle adopts super precision angular contact ball bearings. Spindle built in belt type for 10000rpm; 12000 / 15000rpm direct-drive spindle can be optional.

  • With Ball Bar Testing: CNC bed type milling machines are inspected by ball bar tested to ensure best accuracy & alignment in circular path. With operator protections are provided including complete enclosures which allow a perfect chip disposal and can be the noise damper.
  • With Laser Calibration: All of GSM CNC milling machines are measured & calibrated using laser calibration equipment to ensure precise verification & compensation of the machines and get the best accuracy & repeatability.
